The U.S. Appeals Court upheld Net Neutrality today.  Net Neutrality allows government regulation of telecom, cable and wireless services.

Relating to internet service providers (ISPs), the FCC will oversee how they handle web traffic on their networks. This includes allowing the FCC to review consumer complaints against ISPs.

Next, the telecom industry will take their fight to the Supreme Court.

Consumers, the FCC and internet businesses seemed pleased with the outcome.
